A 56-year-old man was fatally struck in Queens Thursday morning by a vehicle that fled the scene, police said. According to authorities, a 911 call came in around 5 a.m. Thursday reporting a body in the middle of Woodhaven Boulevard in Queens. EMS responded and pronounced the man dead. Police are investigating the incident as a hit-and-run.
